Prepare a batch of AI ads for deliberate review

Batch preparation can save repeated briefing work, but each ad still needs its own purpose and review. Prepare shared facts and reusable references first, then select the specific videos worth generating. A list of ideas is not authorization to render every possible variation automatically.

Separate shared inputs from individual decisions

Imagine a hypothetical three-ad set for one photographed notebook: a cover view, an elastic-closure explanation and a desk-context introduction. The product identity and confirmed facts can be shared. The main action, spoken line, camera and ending belong to each brief.

Check that the reference photos support all three actions. If the closure is only visible in a distant hero photo, resolve that before including a close demonstration. A product sheet does not establish an unprovided view or an invented measurement simply because several videos reuse it.

Prepare a production queue on paper

BriefSpecific taskReady when

Desk contextShow a simple placementScene supports the notebook scale

This is an organizational queue you maintain, not a promise of a studio batch-rendering or scheduling control. Use it to identify the first useful job and what must be reviewed before another one starts.

Check the quote for each deliberate generation

In fairytale video, uploaded references without sheets have those sheets prepared when generation needs them and charged within that Generate quote. Described references and new looks have their own paid preparation flows. After a ready sheet is saved, it can support later creative, but each video render remains paid work.

Do not forecast a batch cost from an old screenshot or assume every ad needs another copy of the same sheet. Check the current displayed quote and readiness state for each job. Guests can prepare their project and sign in when paid generation is needed.

Review the first output before repeating an error

If the cover view changes the elastic position, inspect the references before generating the next two ideas. A shared defect can affect the whole set. Correcting a weak input early is more useful than reviewing three videos that all represent the product incorrectly.

Keep each finished file, approved speech and review decision separate. Caption only the videos that need it, starting transcription deliberately and checking each heard line. A batch is ready when its selected outputs pass review, not when every row has a file beside it.

Use reference reuse, variant naming and approval responsibilities to keep the preparation efficient without losing individual decisions.
